Welcome to Penticton! My family has a fully furnished carriage house behind our home with a separate entrance. The "little home" has a full bathroom and a bachelor-style bedroom/kitchen/living room area with a double bed and a pull out couch. There is an oven/air fryer, air conditioning and a mini fridge with freezer. Laundry in the main house however so can be used any time we are home (any week night or weekend). The carriage house building is half carriage house, half garage (rarely used) and very quiet. It is a 12 minute drive to the hospital, has a great view and is steps from the KVR for walking or biking. It is beside the pool and hot tub (ok for guests to use as well!).
