Located approximately 25 minutes from Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital and just 10 minutes from Brookside Mall, it offers a peaceful place to unwind after a busy shift while keeping shopping and everyday essentials within easy reach. With over 1,300 square feet, large windows, new appliances and in-unit laundry, the apartment provides plenty of space to settle in comfortably. Heat, electricity, snow removal and lawn care are included, with parking for two vehicles. We welcome inquiries from healthcare staffing agencies and travelling healthcare professionals. Furnishing options and rental terms can be discussed to suit your accommodation needs and assignment lengths. The property is smoke-free. Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated due to allergies in the adjoining unit.
