Hello and thanks for checking out our listing! My partner and I moved from Toronto to Victoria in 2019 and have been renting out our lovely basement suite since 2020. We've had a couple long term tenants who have really enjoyed the space and with this listing, we're excited about offering to people who are needing a comfortable place to stay for a shorter period of time. We both work 9-5 Monday through Friday and we have a young daughter who goes to daycare during the day. We're available if you need us but also like to respect our guests' privacy.
