Hi! I’m Nadine, a host based in Spruce Grove, Alberta (near Edmonton and Stony Plain). I just built this brand new home with a legal-suited basement. I enjoy providing a clean, quiet, and comfortable space where travelling medical professionals can relax and feel at home after long shifts. I live on-site in the main, upper level of the house with my 24-year old daughter and small dog. I am always available if you need anything, while fully respecting your privacy and space. About the Basement Suite My brand new basement suite is specially set up with healthcare workers in mind: Proximity to Hospitals: Located just a 10 -minutes drive to Spruce Grove or 25-30 minutes to Edmonton. Sleep-Friendly Setup: Equipped with room-darkening blinds and a full kitchen. Quiet & Private: Separate/private entrance, dedicated living area, full kitchen and in-suite laundry. All-Inclusive Amenities: High-speed Wi-Fi (ideal for charts or streaming), all utilities included, and dedicated parking on the street.
