My wife and I are retired Federal Public Service employees and live in White Rock BC. We are responsible, clean, and dedicated to our community. We have a furnished basement room available in the house that has a semi private entrance and an ensuite bathroom. The home has 2 upstairs bedrooms, a kitchen, living room and bathroom on the main level. Upstairs is rented to two quiet professional females. Shared laundry, utilities, and WIFI are included and the Peace Arch Hospital is a 5 minute walk away.
